TERMS AND CONDITIONS
REFUND POLICY FOR MANDY MO DESIGN EVENTS:
Refunds will be given in the event that MandyMo Designs has to cancel, due to weather, low enrollment, or instructor illness. Otherwise, ONLY a credit will be issued for attendee cancellation. Cancellations must be made with a 24-hour notice. “No Shows” will not be issued credits. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time to check in and choose your seat. Events start promptly at the scheduled start time.
PRIVATE PARTY TERMS:

If you need to cancel your party, you will receive a credit for your deposit, but only if MandyMo Designs is contacted a week prior to the party, otherwise the deposit is forfeited.
If the minimum guest requirement is not met, the host has the choice of paying the difference to meet the 8 or 10 person minimum OR cancel the event and forfeit the deposit. Guests will receive a credit.
All materials to create your Enchanted Fairy Garden will be provided by MandyMo Designs.
Everyone at the private party will be instructed on the one chosen Fairy Garden. Additional items may be added for an additional cost.
Food and beverages at home parties are organized by the host. Food and beverage purchases may be required at a chosen venue. Venue policies and room fees vary. ALL CONTACT BETWEEN THE VENUE AND THE HOST ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOST. That includes contacting the venue, reserving the date (if MandyMo Designs also has that date available), covering required room fee or minimum food and beverage purchases, and CONTACTING THE VENUE IF THE EVENT SHOULD BE CANCELLED.
We will begin creating gardens at the time scheduled, so it would be a good idea to have your guests arrive 15-20 minutes prior to start time. If start time is delayed due to a majority of late arrivals or if the group is still eating, a LATE START FEE of $50 PER HALF HOUR will be added to the final party balance and due at the end of the party.
BYOB ALCOHOL POLICY:
NONE OF THE ENCHANTED FAIRY GARDEN EVENTS ARE BYOB unless it is a home party (and up to the host) or it is SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THE TICKET DESCRIPTION FOR THAT UNIQUE PUBLIC EVENT. (For example, if a public event is held at a non-restaurant location AND it is stated in the event description.)
